Drummer TV are excited to announce PAID EMPLOYMENT and TRAINING opportunities on the brand-new studio series, Sign2Win, that they are making for BSL Zone!

You must be Deaf to apply for these roles. Interpreters will be provided if required.  Filming for the series will take place in January 2022.

Drummer are looking for someone with experience of live studio vision mixing. They are not expecting a professional vision mixer, but do need someone who knows how vision mixing works and has good technical knowledge of a basic studio set up.

You will be supported in this role by the Director and an experienced Vision Mixer will be there on the rehearsal day to talk you through the equipment.

They are offering a shadowing opportunity for an aspiring Studio Director who would benefit from the experience of seeing the workings of a studio show of this scale.

Drummer are offering Covid Supervisor training for an experienced industry professional, who has worked at AP level or higher – who will then take on the paid role of Covid Supervisor for the six-day filming period.

This role is about ensuring Covid Health and Safety measures are followed, and training will take place online. Once you have this training and experience there may be future paid work opportunities on other productions.

Drummer are looking for aspiring new entrants into the TV industry to attend a day of online talks and discussions.  Experienced professionals (both Deaf and hearing) will explain how to kickstart your career and give tips on how to make the most of each job opportunity.

There may also be the chance to gain invaluable studio experience as a paid runner during the filming of Sign2Win, or other future Drummer productions.
