Filmmakers Announced for Together TV’s Diverse Film Fund

Together TV has announced the filmmakers chosen for the Diverse Film Fund 2024, focusing on empowering storytellers from deaf, disabled, and neurodivergent communities.
 
This year, the fund welcomes two exceptional talents: Stefan Pollack and Bim Ajadi, who are both excited to tell new stories through film!  Bim, who has directed several BSL Zone programmes, including Here/Not Here, said: "I’m really delighted and chuffed to be part of this exciting incentive and really look forward to creating an uplifting and inspiring film for all to see."
 
Whisper, the Paralympics producer for Channel 4, and BSLBT are both supporting Together TV's Diverse Film Fund 2024, which will allow Stefan and Bim to each make a 10-minute film with industry-expert mentors. 
 
Camilla Arnold, BSLBT's CEO, said: "We are delighted to be supporting Bim via the Diverse Film Fund as part of our aim to support and develop deaf filmmakers. It will be a fantastic opportunity for Bim and we are looking forward to seeing the end results!”
