A future Deaflympics hopeful aiming for the 2017 games
Our fifth profile features Lucy Jordan-Caws, who is 10 years old and is hoping to represent Great Britain in the future. When she found out about the Deaflympics in 2009, she was inspired to start competing in swimming - at just 6 years of age! The 2013 Deaflympics in Sofia is her first visit to watch the games, and she tells us how she hopes it will compare to the Olympics in London last year. Will Jordan-Caws go on to become a gold-medal winning swimmer in 2017? Let's hope so!
