  • I loved the film! I really liked the hopeful and inspirational message I was left with at the end.
I can't believe this is only the first film directed by Jean St Clair - can't wait for the next one!

  • Really interesting to get a flavour of the work in progress. As a hearing person with a little BSL I was grateful for the subtitles.

  • Re. the film, "If I dont lose I'll lose" . I thought it was excellent, as a hearing person learning about the Deaf world, I thought it was extremely funny and informative. The script was excellent it was snappy, right on with a positive message on so many issues regarding, women's views of themselves, on health, on our priorities in life. It had a welcoming message for the hearing who attempt to learn BSL, ( if they don't crow about their lowly Level 1 certificates) we are the ones who might get the girl in the end...... so to speak. It was exciting and left you wanting more.
