We at BSLBT have set up a new database for off-screen deaf and hard-of-hearing talent - those who work behind the camera, like runners, researchers, camera operators, make-up artists, producers, directors, etc.
The aim of this database is to either pass on your CVs to those production companies who make programmes for BSLBT, and/or production companies which are making non-BSLBT programmes.
Over time, we aim to set up schemes, workshops, training programmes, etc. to support the development and growth of our pool of off-screen talent!
