Brilliant news has just come in; two BSL Zone productions have won awards at Seattle Deaf Film Festival 2022, selected by SDFF viewers.
Veneer, written by Jean St Clair, has won Best Drama, and Two Deaf Yorkshiremen in Lockdown, written by Charlie Swinbourne, has won Best Comedy. Both were directed by Louis Neethling, and made during lockdown – not an easy task!
