We at BSLBT were extremely saddened to learn of the death of Jerry Hanifin, a much loved member of the Deaf community.
Jerry was a unique and extremely talented storyteller and comedian. For BSL Zone, he appeared in an episode of Under the Lamp, Wicked, and was also in a Punk Chef programme, polishing up his cooking skills!
We send our condolences to Jerry’s family at this sad time. He will always be remembered with much love and respect.
