Do you want to share your lockdown story?

Posted on 25th July 2020

Drummer TV’s Summer of Lockdown programme will follow the experiences of Deaf people during the coronavirus crisis and lockdown.

They are looking for specific stories regarding health - how the crisis and lockdown has affected people's health - or access to health services.  For example:

  • Had you been receiving ongoing treatment before the lockdown – such as chemo – and how did lockdown affect your treatment?
  • Did you have COVID?  They would like to hear from people who have had severe cases of COVID.
  • Did the lockdown cause or exacerbate mental health issues?  Or did it affect treatment?
  • Did you use the new BSL Health Access app which was launched during the lockdown?

If you have stories about any of the above or other health stories relating to the COVID crisis or lockdown, they’d love to hear from you – please contact caitlin@drummertelevision.com - the deadline is 7th August 2020.
