Directed by Samuel Dore. Screen Northants are producing the sequel to Reverberations, shooting in Northampton 21st – 26th April, continuing the quest by our young Deaf time travellers to stop the eradication of Deafness in the future.
They have a few roles which are open for casting:
1. 30s – 50s white (to match ethnicity of the cast previously cast) Deaf/BSL female who is a leader who is resilient and determined but she has made tough decisions and difficult sacrifices for those close to her to protect them which has resulted in her harbouring guilt for her actions.
2. 20's Deaf/BSL female who is a whizz at physics and computer science, she is the smartest of the gang and always has an answer to problems and obstacles that crop up in their paths.
3. 30's upwards hearing male with a sinister and commanding presence, who is obsessed with finding someone who is key to the success of his nefarious plans. Authentic/natural BSL skills are needed for this role, which would suit a CODA or a BSL interpreter.
