Short film. Words of Caramel invites viewers to feel, see and listen through the deaf world, enjoying the beauty and silence of the desert.  The world of Kori, a deaf boy, is unusual, because he has always lived in refugee camps in the Sahara, surrounded by communication barriers.  Kori is desperate to learn to write in order to overcome these barriers, and thus, reclaim his education rights.
