Punk Chef, aka Scott Garthwaite, travels to South Wales to see how the landscape has shaped the area's farming and the community’s relationship with food.  He visits a sheep farm in the Gower, travels to Pembrokeshire to meet Tom Hine, Head Chef at Coast restaurant, then is off to the home of Debra Casey, a local Deaf woman who loves to bake.  Finally, Scott cooks for a Deaf dog walking group!  Directed by Bim Ajadi; a Hungry Gap production for BSLBT.
