In this episode, Tessa Padden interviews Dr Paddy Ladd about his experiences, which led him from being a hippy university graduate to one of the leading activists in the Deaf community. A founder member of the National Union of the Deaf (NUD), he was also a pioneer at the beginning of TV programmes for Deaf people.  A BSLBT production, produced by Tessa Padden and Bob Duncan.
