Documentary. ADWAS (Abused Deaf Women's Advocacy Services) is a unique refuge for Deaf people who have experienced domestic abuse, based in Seattle, America. In this programme, presented in LSF (French Sign Language) and ASL (American Sign Language), we find out how the Deaf people who work there help Deaf people to recover and transform their lives. This programme was made by the French Deaf TV series L'oeil et la Main.

    Extraordinary documentary about ADWAS and their services.

    Amazed to see a real courthouse with the deaf client and interpreters in a real life.

    Learned about American society over Domestic Violence and unequal. But fantastic to see men support group.
