Workshops at the Birmingham REP

Posted on 6th May 2019

The Birmingham Repertory Theatre, also known as The REP, is hosting a workshop for d/Deaf and disabled directors and theatre-makers.  This is a wonderful opportunity for those who want to develop their skills in theatre and have a positive influence on other directors!  Additionally, there is an acting workshop for young people aged 16 – 25; this is an introductory workshop, giving the youth a chance to get into acting.

Both workshops are free.  The Directors’ workshop takes place on Friday 24th and Saturday 25th May 2019.  Participants are expected to attend both days, so ensure you check your availability before applying!  The acting workshop is on Friday 31st May, 11am – 6pm.  For more information on applying, visit The REP’s website and find details under ‘Ramps on the Moon: Directors’ Weekend’ and ‘RADA: Access to Acting Workshop’.

Please note that this is provided by an external organisation and is not connected to BSLBT in any way.  Please contact only the Birmingham Repertory Theatre regarding the workshop.
