Filming to start for Almost

Almost, a new short drama for BSL Zone, is due to be filmed next week!  We can also confirm that Vilma Jackson, Rose Ayling-Ellis, Rachael Merry and Nadeem Islam will be starring in it!

Teresa Garratty, writer and director of Almost, said: "I'm very excited to be working with Flashing Lights Media on BSLBT's first LGBT+ short drama. A lot of Deaf LGBT+ people have been waiting a long time for representation, so we've made a big effort to get Deaf LGBT+ members involved both in front of and behind the camera. This is just the first small step, but we hope it delivers and paves the way for more Deaf LGBT+ content in the future!"
