BSLBT is now looking for outstanding candidates to apply for the role of Chair, following structural changes made to the role and board.
The Chair will provide leadership to the Board in delivering the organisation’s mission and vision. They will also act as an ambassador for BSLBT, in partnership with the Chief Executive.
Candidates must be committed to the mission and work of BSLBT, along with significant experience of either Deaf culture and the Deaf community in the UK, or broadcasting (production and/or commissioning) including an understanding of current and future broadcasting trends.
The time commitment is approximately two days per month. This is an exciting opportunity to help to lead an organisation playing a critical role in UK broadcasting.
