Three films funded by the BSLBT and shown on the BSL Zone have been selected for this year's Deaffest festival.

The festival, which will take place from Friday 16th May-Sunday 18th May in Wolverhampton, is the UK's leading Deaf film and arts festival.

The BSL Zone films chosen for the festival are Four Deaf Yorkshiremen go to Blackpool, Tree Fairy and 4.

Four Deaf Yorkshiremen go to Blackpool will be shown on the festival's opening night, Friday 16th May, at 9.55pm and will include a question and answer session with members of the cast and the director.

Before that, the audience will watch a film about the Clin d'Oeil festival's 10th anniversary and Dummy Jim, which stars Samuel Dore. Click here to see a schedule for Friday night at the festival (please note that doors close at 7.55pm for the evening's screenings).
