David Rose from Sign Health tells them about surprising statistics on the number of Deaf BSL users in Britain, which may change the way government is lobbied to provide Deaf services. Meanwhile, Carolyn Nabarro reports on the campaign to save Bristol University’s Deaf Studies course, which is threatened with closure, with Gloria Pullen explaining why she has joined the campaign.  We find out about research being carried out on the Isle of Man to find out what life is like for Deaf people living there, and about how a BSL Bill in Scotland could transform Deaf lives.
