Filming has begun today on the BSL Zone's upcoming drama, Battle Lines.

The film is set during World War One and is being directed by Julian Peedle-Calloo, who previously made Five Needles and Confession as part of our Zoom and Zoom Focus filmmaking schemes.

Line Producer Phil Arkinstall said:

"We are shooting at the Clent hills and things are going well so far. The crew are getting some great footage, and the actors in costume look amazing. We're looking forward to moving our filming base to the Black Country living museum in Wolverhampton.

Battle Lines is being produced by Sheffield-based 104 Films, and you can see three photos from the shoot on the right-hand side of this page in our photo gallery.
